All our products are digital downloads (Pro Tools templates, presets, and related audio tools).

• Once purchased and downloaded, digital products are non-refundable.
• Refunds may only be issued if:
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.
  • The product does not match the description on the product page.
• If you experience any issue, please contact us at soundfreakstudios@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

We’ll resolve it quickly — either by sending a replacement file or issuing a refund if necessary.
